Presiding Elder

David Finch, M.D.

David is a retired medical doctor who has been a life-long student of the Christian scripture of which he holds a high view. As a Pastor’s son, he had access as a child to his father’s library as well as other seminary libraries. With the availability of the internet, his opportunity to learn expanded greatly. As an accomplished autodidact and polymath, he has been an informal Bible teacher since age 18 teaching adult Bible classes for his local church and lecturing on ethics and religion at local colleges and universities. He now teaches internationally in graduate seminaries, conferences, crusades, and by internet. Dr. Finch was in the private practice of Nephrology and Critical Care for twenty years and is a prolific inventor with over 150 U.S. and international patents. Some of his inventions remain in widespread use in the treatment of home dialysis patients. He chaired the Board of Directors of Christian Medical Dental Association at the University of Mississippi Medical Center for twenty years and lead annual short term medical mission trips for the students and residents. He also individually engaged in short-term medical missions in Mexico, Haiti, and Buryatia. He retired from patient care 15 years ago and has been active in teaching ministry since. Kevin received ordination as a Minister of the Gospel in 2025.

Intercessory Leader

Morgan Hall

Morgan has been active in ministry for ten years. A mother of two, much of her time is spent caring for her oldest son who is densely autistic. This and her own childhood brush with death from leukemia has gifted her with unusual spiritual insight and an empathy that compels her to pray earnestly for others. This ministry is greatly enriched by her involvement, and we largely credit its success to her faithfulness. Morgan received ordination as a Minister of the Gospel in 2025.

Our Invisible Heroes

We are especially honored to support several ministries that serve in areas hostile to the Gospel of Christ. These brave servants risk their lives to preach the precious name of Jesus and can not be named or represented in picture because of the extreme peril in which it would place them. Tau Rho Ministries supports them financially, with teaching resources, and Bible translation into the native language of the people they serve. Please help us bless these valiant Warriors of the Faith with your prayers and support.
